Within the Shipyard premises among the buildings for workshop and services, there are the Office Building, the Warehouse and three main buildings for direct production needs: Mechanical Workshop - Hull Workshop - Interiors Workshop.
The Office Building, beyond the Company management requirements, provides space and services to Ship Owners Representatives during their permanence in the Yard. For long ship repair periods there is a building available for ship crews service.
The Shipyard Warehouse provides 4.500 m2 of enclosed space for material storage and ship equipment temporary protection.

The Mechanical Workshop is equipped with conventional workshop machinery of any dimension: parallel lathes up to 1.600x15.000 and 2.500x10.000, vertical lathes, reaming machine, mill cutters, grinders, milling machines up to 5.000 x 5.000 mm, ovens for thermal treatment, balancing equipment for rotor up to 2.550 mm diameter and 12 ton. The Mechanical Workshop is served with 3 gantry crane up to 50 t.

The Hull Workshop has all plate forming machinery rolling up to 25 mm thickness and 10.000 mm length, as well as Ox/Ac plasma CAM/CAD cutting machines, shears, presses, beyond conventional bending equipment. In adjacent area a presetting platform of about 5.500 m2 is fed from the Hull Workshop.

Interiors Workshop provides outfitting prefabrication and HSC components manufacturing.
